DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – North and southbound motorists will find lane closures on I-35 in Duluth near the 27th Avenue West and Garfield Avenue overpasses.
The lane closures begin Monday and will remain through much of the winter as crews are constructing crossover ramps in preparation for the Twin Ports Interchange project that starts in the spring.
The 27th Avenue West bridge will also be replaced this winter. That work, expected to be complete by June of 2021, may require some detours in accessing the WLSSD facilities on Courtland Street.
