MIDWAY TOWNSHIP, MN (CBS-3) – A man was taken to the hospital with serious injuries after authorities say a semi truck collided with a pickup in Midway Township Monday afternoon.
Authorities responded to the intersection of Midway Road and Old Highway 61 around 2:45 p.m.
According to the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office, the semi truck, pulling an empty flatbed, failed to yield at an intersection and struck the pickup.
The semi truck driver was not hurt and authorities say impairment was not a factor in the crash.
Authorities are continuing their investigation.
