DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – A topping out ceremony was held Tuesday afternoon at the Essentia Health Vision Northland project.
Cranes hoisted the last beam to the top of the building which marked its structural completion.
The 900 million dollar project is about half done as outside panels continue to be placed and interior work continues.
Completion is not expected until the 3rd quarter of 2023.
