DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Due to a variety of pandemic related circumstances, the Duluth Salvation Army has decided to close its Thrift Store at 2101 West Superior Street.
The store is no longer accepting donations and, depending on the movement of the remaining merchandise, will close its doors by the end of July.
According to Captain Teri Ellison the Salvation Army has decided to redirect the store resources to expand other programs and services.
They include housing services, a food shelf, hot lunch program and youth programming.
