DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – On Tuesday, Jordan Carter was found guilty of 2nd degree murder in the death of a 3 year old boy in 2020.
Carter claimed that the son of his fiance at that time fell down the stairs in the Lakeside home they were living in.
At the trial, which was heard by Judge Theresa Neo, medical experts said the boy’s injuries were more consistent with blunt force trauma.
Sentencing for Carter will be scheduled at a later date.
