DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Work on the Twin Ports Interchange project will close the intersections of 22nd Avenue West at Michigan Street and Superior Street this week.
During the closures, traffic will be detoured to West 1st Street and West 3rd Street.
Crews are finishing needed utility work as part of the relocation of Coffee Creek.
