DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – The Duluth Fire Department responded to a report of fire in a single family dwelling in the 500 block of North 39th Avenue West early Monday morning.
Arriving crews found smoke and fire venting out a side window.
The fire was limited to the first floor of the structure but smoke damage spread throughout the home.
There were no injuries and damage estimates were put at 70 thousand dollars.
The cause of the fire, reported at 3:41 a-m, is under investigation by the Fire Marshal’s Office.
