DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – After receiving a report of a burglary in progress, Duluth Police responded to the 2100 block of West Superior Street early Wednesday morning.
When they arrived around 2 a-m, a suspected entry point was found and an officer and K-9 began a search of the building that is currently under construction.
The suspect was discovered hiding inside and was arrested.
He was later identified as a 28 year old Duluth resident and jailed on charges of 3rd degree burglary, theft of property, damage to property and giving a false name to a police officer.
