DULUTH, MN (KDAL) – Motorists traveling between Duluth and Superior on Thursday will need to take the Bong Bridge.
The Minnesota Department of Transportation is closing the Blatnik Bridge in both directions from 6 a-m on Thursday until 6 a-m Friday.
The closing is due to work that will complete the final bypass connections from the bridge to north and southbound I-35.
Other single lane closures of I-35, in both directions, between 27th Avenue West and Garfield Avenue will occur on Wednesday from 7 a-m to 5:30 p-m as part of the continuing Twin Ports Interchange construction.
