Jane Street posts big jump in trading revenue for first quarter, with $16.1 billion haul, sources say

NEW YORK, ​May ‌8 (Reuters) – Jane Street reported ‌a ​big ⁠surge in ⁠trading profits during the first ​quarter, ⁠as ⁠the Wall ​Street ​market maker generated ‌net revenues of $16.1 ⁠billion, according to people ⁠familiar with ‌the ⁠matter.
