SUPERIOR, WI (KDAL) – Superior Fire crews with some mutual aid from the Duluth Fire Department responded to a structure fire at the Lidgerwood Mundy facility on Tuesday morning.
According to early information, the buildings on Grand Avenue at Highway 53 in the Superior’s north end were apparently in the process of being demolished when the fire began.
Highway 53 in the area was closed in both directions and traffic was detoured during the fire.
