FAYAL TOWNSHIP, MN (Northern News Now) – A 28 year old man died in a crash Saturday morning in Fayal Township.
According to Eveleth Police, officers responded at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, the report of a one-vehicle crash on Town Line Road in Fayal Township, just south of Eveleth.
Investigation shows that the man, driving a Chevrolet truck, was traveling on Town Line Road when the vehicle left the roadway.
The driver appeared to have lost control and rolled into a ditch on the opposite side of the road, where it struck a group of trees.
The victim’s name is being withheld pending family notification.
The Eveleth Police Department was assisted by the St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office, Eveleth Fire and Ambulance, and the Fayal Fire Department.
