CARLTON, MN (KDAL) – This will be the 33rd and final season for the popular Haunted Shack in Carlton.
The founder of the Halloween attraction, Patrick Stojevich, is battling health issues and has put the entire operation up for sale.
The volunteer based event donates proceeds back into the community through CHUM, the Salvation Army and Special Olympics.
The Shack features a maze of horrors and ghoulish scenes with real actors, pneumatic, animatronic props and a state of the art light and sound system.
The Haunted Shack and Haunted Ridge will open for 9 nights starting on Friday, October 9th at 1781 County Road 1 in Carlton. There will also be a daytime kids version of the show on October 17th.
Discounts on admission prices are given for a non perishable food item or a coat for the coat drive.
